Working on Staten Island since 2018
Almost everyone who calls us has a story about a crew that stopped showing up, or a quote that quietly grew by a third. We built the company around not being that, which mostly comes down to unglamorous things: answering the phone, turning up when we said, and putting the number in writing.

Send the form or pick a time that suits you. Tell us what the project is and where the property is.

We look at the actual job on site rather than quoting blind over the phone, and talk through your options while we're there.

A clear quote based on the scope of the work, so you know the real cost before you commit. No obligation, and no surprise charges later.

One team handles the whole job, so there are no separate contractors to juggle. We show up on time, stay on budget, and keep you in the loop throughout.
Step one is the only one that needs anything from you today.

Vin came out two days after I called and walked the whole kitchen with me before quoting anything. The number he wrote down is exactly what we paid. Crew was here at seven every morning and swept up before they left.

We manage eleven buildings and they're the only outfit we don't have to chase. Same-week response on call-outs, and they flag things before they turn into emergencies, which has saved us a fortune.

Had two other contractors ghost me before I found these guys. Roof and siding done in four days, and they pulled the permit themselves so I never had to deal with the city.

The addition looks like it was always part of the house. It ran about a week over because of an inspection, but they told us the day it happened and the price never moved.

Second job we've had done by them. They know the house now, which made the whole thing easier. No surprises on the bill either time.

Fixed water damage another contractor left half finished. Straight with me about what actually needed doing and what didn't, which I appreciated.

Everything owners usually want cleared up before booking — cost, permits, timing and what happens if something changes.
If yours isn't answered here, ask on the call. It costs nothing and takes about ten minutes.
Call (718) 688-2931Just about anything a property needs built, repaired or maintained, residential or commercial. New construction, remodels and renovations, additions, repairs, roofing and exterior work, and ongoing maintenance. The point of covering the whole range is that you're not coordinating three contractors for one property.
Nothing, and there's no obligation attached to it. We come out, walk the job with you, and give you a written number so you can decide with real information rather than a guess over the phone.
Yes, and we'll hand over the certificates before work starts. On any job that needs filing, we pull the paperwork as part of the project.
Estimates are usually booked within 48 hours, and small repairs or maintenance calls can often be handled the same week. Larger builds get a firm start date once the scope and any permits are settled.
Yes. Where a job requires them we handle the filing, coordination and inspections, so you're not the one on the phone with the buildings department.
It shouldn't. The written estimate is what you pay unless you ask for something outside the original scope, or we uncover something hidden behind a wall. Either way you hear about it and approve the cost before we do the work, never after.
We're based in Staten Island and work across the five boroughs and the surrounding area. If you're not sure you're in range, book the estimate and we'll tell you straight away.
Plenty of our commercial and property-management clients keep us on for scheduled maintenance and on-call repairs once the first project's finished. We can set that up at the end of any build.
No questions in that category.
Pick a time and we'll walk the property, talk through the options and put a price in writing. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Not ready to book an estimate yet? Tell us what you're thinking about and we'll come back to you. If it's urgent, the phone is the faster way in.
